A book every woman should read.

As a 57 year old woman living with major depression and anxiety, I have read many books, magazine articles, pamphlets, etc. regarding my disease. When a friend gave this book to me I was pleasantly surprised at how well it covered every aspect of depression. From diagnosing, treating, causes, medications and their effects, to spritual guidance, etc. I highly recommend this book to everyone and have already given six books to family members and friends and have six more on hand to give to people in the future.

We need to relax!!!

This book discussed a situation that lots of the people suffer in a daily basis. We live in a continuous rush, stress and anxiety in our lives. We don't have time to sleep, to relax, to exercise, to separate time for ourselves, because all the responsibilities we have in the work and at home. We need to understand the importance to separate time for ourselves, to relax, disconnected from all the stress that affects us day by day. The suggestions provided are really helpful.
