About the Author
With over 25 years of automotive industry experience, Eric Ord has been the most well known independent source of Sprinter technical information in the US, and is one of the world's experts on Daimler commercial vehicles. He has developed diagnostic and knowledge-based technology, and is a consultant to several of the world's largest fleet operators. Currently, Eric is involved in projects with several commercial and municipal fleets on Sprinter vehicles as well as other projects for NATO military customers with Mercedes-Benz vehicles. With all of his technical books and curicula, Eric has been to merge the elements of theoretical knowledge and practical experience into a format that is easy to learn, use, and apply. In addition to Daimler trucks, vans, and utility vehicles, Eric has previously developed projects for VAG and Fiat/IVECO commercial and military vehicle applications as well.

This book is very specific in scope which is what makes it so good. It is only for 2000-2006 Sprinter and has no extra stuff that does not apply.
